THE ARTIST’S VOICE

About the artwork

This work was born of my fascination with that universe saturated with flowers, jewels and hidden desires. The mouth full of diamonds is my tribute to all the voices that were never allowed to speak and still changed the world. In every glint, in every precious stone sliding from the tongue, I hold Penelope’s strength, Lady Whistledown’s shadow and the delicious irony of telling truths disguised as scandal.

To me, this work is a reminder that a woman, even when others want her silent, can turn her words into sharp jewels capable of moving empires. This mouth does not plead: it commands, resonates, conquers. A luxury that is emotional rather than material.
